Open your driver side door. You know how to do that, right? You’ve at least been inside your car before?

Somewhere inside your car-probably down by the floor panel-there's a lever with a picture of a car with its hood open. Pull that.

Go around to the front of your car. You have to undo the safety latch under the front of the hood before you open it. Just reach around in there. You can find it with your fingers. If you feel a nibble, you've got an infestation of hood gerbils. Just kidding. Those are very rare.
